Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks – blanched, skin removed & rinsed well
  • 100g dried fish maw – soak overnight, rinse & drain well
  • 10 shiitake mushrooms – soak, wash & stalk removed
  • 1T ginger powder
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
