Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks – blanched, skin removed & rinsed well
  • 15g huai shan – rinse in water
  • 20g goji berry – rinse in water
  • 15g bei qi – rinse in water
  • 2.5 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
