Ingredients

  • 300g firm fish fillet
  • 2 roast duck legs
  • 1/4 Chinese cabbage – wash & cut into strips
  • 15g vermicelli (glass noodles) – wash & soak in water
  • 1c fish or beef stock
  • 2L water
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method

Place the cabbage into pot of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes , then add the vermicelli boil for another 5 minutes. Finally add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for 8 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.
