Ingredients

  • 8 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 80g red beans – wash & rinse well
  • 400g lotus root – peel, cut & wash (frozen is ok)
  • 1/4 pc dried tangerine
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
