Ingredients

  • 6 pcs pork bones – balanced & rinsed well
  • 1 pear – peel, cut into pieces & core removed
  • 3 carrots – peel, cut & wash
  • 150g dried white fungus – wash & soak
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms – wash, soak & stalk removed (includes stalk into soup)
  • 300g water chestnuts
  • 20g dried cashews
  • 5 dried honey dates
  • 10g dried south almonds
  • 10g dried north almonds
  • 2.5 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
