Pork, Carrot and Wood Ears Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 15g wood ears – wash, soak in water & rinse well
  • 3 carrots – peel, cut & wash
  • 1 corn – cleaned
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
