Pork and Dried Pear Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 20g dried pear flake – rinse in water
  • 10g dried longan – rinse in water
  • 10g dried lily bulb – rinse in water
  • 10g lotus nut – rinse in water
  • 10g yu zhi – rinse in water
  • 2 dried honey dates – rinse in water
  • 2.5 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
