Pork and Watermelon Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 400g watermelon – cut into pieces
  • 4 sea conch – blanched & rinsed well
  • 1t ginger powder or 2 slices of fresh ginger
  • 2.5 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
