Ingredients

  • 6 green pears – wash, peel, core removed & cut into pieces
  • 20g goji berry – wash & drain well
  • 2 litres water
  • Honey to taste

Method

Place all ingredients into pot of water (except the honey). Bring to boil & boil for 5 minutes, then simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in honey to taste.
