Pork, Chestnut and Walnut Soup

Ingredients

  • 300g lean pork – blanched & rinsed well
  • 200g chestnuts – wash & drain
  • 100g walnuts – wash & drain
  • 10 pitted red dates – wash & drain
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
