Ingredients

  • 5 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  •  20g dried longan – rinse in water
  • 20g yu zhu – rinse in water
  • 6 carrots – peel, cut & wash
  • 10 dried lotus bulbs – rinse in water
  • 10g barely pearls – rinse in water
  • 2.5 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
