Apple Sweet Soup

  • 6 apples – wash, core removed & chopped into segments
  • 2 litres water
  • Honey to taste
  • Salt to taste


Place the apples into the pot of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes, then simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in honey to taste.
