Broccolini Mushroom Soup

Broccolini Mushroom and Tofu Soup ready in bowl.

  • 1 branch of broccolini
  • 300g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tube of silken tofu
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste


Place the broccolini & mushrooms into pot of boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes, then add broccolini, white pepper, sesame oil and salt to taste. Heat for a further 3 minutes.
