Pork Winter Melon Quick Soup

  • 6 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 400g winter melon – peel, wash & cut into pieces
  • 1 salty egg (cooked) – remove shell & cut into pieces
  • 2 pcs ginger (optional)
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste


Place the bones & melon into pot of boiling water.  Boil for 20 minutes, then add egg and salt (& ginger) to taste.  Heat for a further 10 minutes.
