Ingredients

  • 1 brunch of spinach – wash & chopped
  • 1 tube of silky tofu – cut into pieces
  • 1 salty duck egg – cut into pieces
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place the egg and tofu into pot of boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes, then add spinach and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
