Ingredients

  • 2 turkey drumsticks – blanched, skin removed & rinsed well
  • 2 carrots – wash, peeled & cut
  • 2 corn – wash & drain
  • 2 dried honey dates – wash & drain
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
