Ingredients

  • 3 pcs beef bones – blanched & cleaned
  • 3 apples – wash, ¬†core removed & cut into wedges
  • 3 truss tomatoes – washed, skin removed then cut into halves
  • 3 carrots – peel, wash & cut into chunks
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
