Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks – blanched, skin removed & rinsed well
  • 4 dried fish maw – soak overnight in water & washed
  • 3 carrots – peel, wash & cut into pieces
  • 3 pieces of ginger
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
