Ingredients

  • 1/2 branch of fresh mustard – wash & cut in half
  • 20g firm tofu – wash & cut in half
  • 200g oyster mushroom – wash & drain
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pot of water. Bring the pot to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then add salt to taste.
