Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumstick – blanched & skin removed
  • 20g white fungus – washed, soaked until soft – drain well
  • 8 dried shiitake mushrooms – washed, soak until soften (tip: sugar & hot water) then remove stalks (also add stalks to the pot)
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
