Ingredients

  • 10cm pc hairtail fish – clean, ¬†then pat dry & fry (using 1 T oil & 2x 3cm ginger smacked) until golden brown (placed in mesh bag – optional)
  • 3 potatoes – peel, wash & cut into pieces
  • 2 carrots – peel, wash & cut into pieces
  • 3 tomatoes – wash & cut into chunks
  • 2 pcs ginger for frying the fish
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
