Ingredients

  • 300g lean pork – blanched & rinsed well
  • 20g dried lily bulbs – wash & drain
  • 1 c water chestnuts – wash & drain
  • 4 carrots – wash, peel & cut into chunks
  • 1T goji berries – wash & drained
  • 1/2 c shiitake mushroom stalks
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
