Ingredients

  • 300g lean pork – blanch & wash
  • 1 branch of mustard green – wash, trim & drain
  • 2 pcs fresh ginger
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pot of water. Bring the pot to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Give the soup a good stir and then add salt to taste.
