Chicken Goji Berries Soup

Ingredients for Chicken Herbal Soup on a wooden board

  • 4 chicken drumsticks – blanch, wash & skin removed
  • 3 pcs pork bones – blanch, wash & drain well
  • 1 T goji berries – wash & drain well
  • 20g huai shan – wash & drain well
  • 4-5 litres water
  • Salt to taste


Place all the ingredients (except salt) into pot of water. Bring the pot to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.  Give the soup a good stir, remove any excess oil and then add salt to taste.
