Salmon Mustard Green Soup

Salmon mustard green soup in bowl

  • 1/2 branch of mustard green
  • 4 pcs salmon fillet – clean & de-bone
  • 1/2 t oil
  • 2 litres water
  • 1/2 t white pepper
  • Salt to taste


Fry the salmon with oil, until both sides is golden brown. Bring the water to boil, add the mustard green & cook for 5 minutes. Then add the salt & pepper, cook for a further 2 minutes, pour into a bowl and add the warm salmon into the soup. Enjoy!
