Ingredients

  • 6 pcs pork bones – blanch, wash & drain
  • 1L chicken stock
  • 3 potatoes – peel, wash & cut
  • 3 tomatoes – wash & cut
  • 3 carrots – peel, wash & cut
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all the ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
