Ingredients

  • 5 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 3 carrots – wash, peel & cut
  • 1 white radish – wash, peel & cut
  • 1 green radish – wash, peel & cut
  • 3 dried honey dates – wash & drain well
  • 10g dried scallops – wash & drain well
  • 10g south almonds – wash & drain well
  • 10g north almonds – wash & drain well
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
