Ingredients

  • 3 chicken drumsticks – blanch, wash & skin removed
  • 5 dried figs – wash & drain well
  • 20g dried white fungus – soak in water until soft, wash & drain well
  • 5 red apples – wash, cut & core removed
  • 4-5 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all the ingredients (except salt) into pot of water. Bring the pot to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.  Give the soup a good stir, remove any excess oil and then add salt to taste.
