Ingredients

  • 300g baby king oyster mushrooms – wash & drain well
  • 2L stock – vegetable
  • 1c coriander leaves – wash & drain
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
