Pork, Corn & Pumpkin Soup

  • 5 pcs pork bones – blanch, wash & skin removed
  • 300g pumpkin – skin off, cut & wash
  • 2 corn – wash & drain
  • 3 dried red dates – wash & drain
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste


Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
