Ingredients

  • 300g enoki mushroom – wash & drain
  • 1 tube silken tofu – wash & cut in pcs
  • 100g mustard green – wash & drain
  • 1 c stock (vegetable, chicken or beef)
  • 1.5 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pot of water. Bring the pot to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then add salt to taste.
