Ingredients

  • 3 pcs pork marrow bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 2 bosc pear – wash, core removed & cut into pcs
  • 1/2 c dried barley pearls – wash & drain well
  • 20g south almonds – wash & drain well
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
