Ingredients

  • 5 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 1/2 honey dew melon – seeds & skin removed, cut into 3cm pcs
  • 5 red dates – wash & drain well
  • 10g dried scallops – wash & drain well
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
