Ingredients

  • 6 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 15g dried lotus seeds – wash & rinse well
  • 80g red adzuki beans – wash & rinse well
  • 200g lotus root – peel, cut & wash (frozen is ok)
  • 20g walnuts – wash & rinse well
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
