Ingredients

  • 6 chicken feet – cut nails, wash & rinsed well
  • 8 pork bones – blanch & rinse
  • 1 c peanuts – wash & rinse
  • 15 g dried squid – wash & rinse
  • 2 dried honey dates – wash & rinse
  • 2 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
