Pork Squid Corn Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 pcs pork bones – blanch, wash & skin removed
  • 15g dried squid – wash & drain
  • 2 corn – wash & drain
  • 2 dried honey dates – wash & drain
  • 1.5 tsp ground ginger (or 2 slices of fresh ginger)
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
