Pork Carrot Honeydew Melon Soup

Pork Honey Dew Melon Carrot Soup Ingredients on a Oval Plate


  • Rich in antioxidants
  • Rich in Vitamin C
  • Hydrates the skin


  • 5 pcs pork bones – blanched & rinsed well
  • 1/2 honeydew melon – seeds & skin removed, cut into 3cm pcs
  • 3 carrots – peel, wash & cut
  • 2 dried honey dates
  • 15g dried lotus seeds
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste


Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
