Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumstick – blanched & skin removed
  • 50g dried Lion’s mane mushrooms – washed & drain well
  • 3 fresh figs – wash and cut in half
  • 3 sea conch – blanched & rinsed well
  • 3 litres water
  • Salt to taste

Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into pressure cooker. Cook for 50 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes, remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
